This app generates grids for drawing comics directly on the iPad. You can choose the page size, spacing, border size, border radius, number of total rows and number of blocks for each row individually. You can then export the grid either to the camera roll or directly to your favourite drawing application e.g. Procreate, Concepts, MediBang or any other you prefer.
